The free chain feature allows any slack in the chain to be taken up before ratcheting begins making it easier to position the hoist accurately and engage the load smoothly without unnecessary effort or sudden movement. The high-quality welded chain is equipped with safety latches on the load hooks providing an additional layer of security against accidental disengagement under load. The hook aperture measures 46 mm accommodating a practical range of anchor points and load attachments while the lift height extends to 1.5 metres. The unit weighs 19 kg and is supplied as a single chain lever hoist ready for use.
