We handle your personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (as amended, including by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025) for UK customers, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) for customers in the EU/EEA (including the Republic of Ireland).

• Contact and enquiry data: your name, email, phone number and the details of your enquiry (including via our contact form, email, phone, WhatsApp or the Zendesk live-chat widget).
• Order and account data: name, email, billing address, delivery address and phone number when you place an order.
• Payment data: billing details used to authorise and take payment (card details are handled securely by our payment provider, Stripe, and are not stored by us).
• Vehicle / equipment / parts details, where you choose to provide them so we can help find the right product.

We may send marketing by email, SMS and WhatsApp. We do this where you have consented or, for email to existing customers about similar products, under the “soft opt-in”. Every marketing message tells you how to opt out, and you can opt out of any channel at any time.

WhatsApp messages are delivered through the WhatsApp / Meta platform and are subject to its terms; to stop WhatsApp marketing, you can reply STOP or contact us. If you opt out of a channel, we will stop using it to market to you.

If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you marketing. We keep a minimal record of your details on a suppression list only so that we do not contact you again by mistake. You can also update your preferences at any time by contacting us.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and, with your consent, for analytics, advertising and session-analysis. Non-essential technologies are set only after you consent through our cookie banner, and for EU/UK visitors we pass your consent choices to providers such as Google (Consent Mode). Providers we use include, for example, Google (Analytics, Ads, reCAPTCHA), Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Microsoft (Bing), Hotjar, VWO, Apollo, Klaviyo, Cloudflare and Awin. We share personal data only with trusted recipients who process it on our instructions or where the law requires, including:

• our suppliers and delivery couriers (to fulfil and deliver your order);
• our payment services provider, Stripe (to authorise payment and carry out fraud checks);
• email, marketing, messaging and analytics providers (for example Klaviyo, the messaging platform WhatsApp (Meta) and the providers listed in section 6) who help us manage communications and understand site use;
• our IT, hosting and security providers (for example Cloudflare);
• our customer-support and live-chat provider (Zendesk), where you contact us through the chat widget;
• professional advisers, and public authorities or law enforcement where we are legally required to disclose information.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Some of our providers are based outside the UK and the EEA (for example in the United States or India). Where we transfer your personal data to such a country, we make sure it is protected by an appropriate safeguard — for example an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or its UK Extension, where the recipient is certified), the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum. • Order, transaction and accounting records: kept for as long as needed to run your order and then to meet legal and tax obligations (generally at least six years).
• Enquiry data: kept for a short period after we have dealt with your enquiry, in case you contact us again.
• Marketing data: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop; a minimal suppression record is then kept to honour your opt-out.
• Technical/usage data: kept in line with the retention periods in our Cookie Policy.

Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (a “subject access request”);
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• have your data erased where there is no lawful reason for us to keep it;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to object to direct marketing at any time;

• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.

You are not subject to any decision with legal or similarly significant effects that is based solely on automated processing. Our product recommendations and finder tools are suggestions only and do not fall into that category. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Payment card details are encrypted in transit and handled by our payment provider. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
