We at PartsForMachines.com take pride in giving the best of our customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product isn't used or damaged. The item should be in new condition.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We are only processing returns for the items delivered in the United Kingdom.
  • You must provide the images of the product and the packaging if asked by our team.

Products that do not meet these criteria above will not be considered for return.

On returns, you may obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us. To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), contact us: By email: [email protected].

For any order below £50, please send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase, and the RMN number. We will confirm the delivery address along with the RMN number:

For any order above £50, our shipping partner will come and collect it, please send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number. In some cases, we may send the return labels to you and ask you to print and paste them on the packaging.

In some cases, on any order value may be, we may ask you to return the product back to the warehouse for inspection.

In case the item is defective, we will not change any return shipping fee. For other reasons such as remorse, the buyer will bear the cost of return shipping.

We secure your right to cancel the order if we are at any fault, ie. If the product is faulty or misdescribed.

A restocking fee of up to 15% of the order value will be charged for each returned item.

In case you receive a damaged product, you must let us know within 24 hours of the product delivery with images of the damaged area.

Sale items can be refunded.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the item has the correct fit or intended use. We are not responsible for any additional costs or consequential damages resulting from non-conforming or non-desired results of the product. Our liability is limited only to the price paid for the goods.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If found the product damaged by you in usage or while shipping back to us, we may not accept the return or charge the repair cost and part cost to you.
