The Sealey LH1000 Lever Hoist delivers controlled, precise lifting to a 1000kg capacity, built around a drop-forged and heat-treated pinion gear with a fully enclosed mechanism for rugged, dependable performance. A heavy-duty brake and high-quality alloy steel load chain (6mm, 1.5m length) ensure safe, durable operation under demanding conditions. Both hooks are fitted with safety latches and rotate 360°, eliminating twist and keeping the load secure throughout the lift. The free-chaining feature lets you take up slack in the load chain by hand before engaging the ratchet arm, making setup quick and straightforward. With a lever length of 250mm, a pull of just 224N is required to lift a full load, giving the operator total control over load positioning. Head room required is 310mm, hook aperture is 28mm, maximum hook capacity is 38mm, and overall size is 160 x 172mm (W x D).
