The Sealey LH1500 is a 1500kg capacity lever hoist built around heavy-duty components designed for demanding lifting applications. The mechanism features a drop-forged, heat-treated pinion gear with a totally enclosed housing that protects internal parts from contamination. A heavy-duty brake and high-quality alloy steel load chain 8mm in diameter and 1.5m in length provide durable, safe operation, while both hooks are fitted with safety latches and rotate 360° to prevent twisting under load. A free-chaining feature allows the operator to take up slack in the load chain by hand before engaging the ratchet arm, speeding up set-up time. With a pull on the lever of 236N to lift a full load and a lever length of 363mm, the LH1500 delivers precise control over load positioning throughout the lift. Head room required is 350mm, with an operating clearance of 104mm. Maximum hook aperture is 34mm, and the maximum hook capacity diameter is 45mm.
