The Draper Expert 2079 is a portable, compact twin-stage pneumatic jack capable of lifting 40 Tonnes in stage one and 20 Tonnes in stage two, providing the versatility required across a broad range of commercial vehicle and industrial lifting tasks. The jack is operated via a three-stage adjustable ergonomic handle fitted with a 'Slow Down' valve and a 'Self-Return' switch, both of which contribute directly to controlled, repeatable operation. A safety overload valve provides an additional layer of protection, while industrial quality seals are fitted throughout to extend service life. Twin rubber-coated wheels measuring 165mm in diameter and 42.5mm in width enable smooth, quiet manoeuvring without risk of damage to workshop and garage floors. Key dimensions confirm a minimum height of 150mm, a stage-one maximum height of 343mm and a stage-two maximum height of 409mm (both inclusive of the supplied 45mm and 75mm lift extensions). Lift height is 73mm in stage one and 66mm in stage two. Operating air pressure is 9–12 BAR (130–174 psi) with an air consumption of 11.5 cfm; the air inlet is 1/4" BSP, and a compatible airline connector is included. The chassis measures 480 x 186 x 150mm and the unit weighs 40 kg. The 70mm saddle diameter accommodates a wide range of lifting points. Manufactured, tested and certified to the EN1494 standard, the Draper Expert 2079 is supplied complete with the 45mm and 75mm height extensions and a 1/4" BSP airline connector.
