Heavy-duty lifting in confined spaces demands a jack that combines genuine capacity with precise operator control. The Draper Expert 3724 is a portable, compact twin-stage pneumatic jack rated at 30 tonnes (30,000 kg) in stage one and 15 tonnes (15,000 kg) in stage two, designed for professional workshop and industrial environments where trolley jacks lack the reach or load rating required. Control is built into the ergonomic 1,200 mm handle, which carries a 'Slow Down' valve and a 'Self-Return' switch. These features allow the operator to manage descent speed and return the ram without leaving the operating position, reducing risk during heavy lifts. Industrial-quality seals extend service life, while a safety overload valve protects against accidental over-loading. Twin rubber-coated wheels — 165 mm diameter and 42.5 mm wide — reduce operating noise, protect garage and workshop floors, and improve manoeuvrability under load. The jack operates on compressed air at 9–12 BAR (130–174 psi) with an air consumption of 10.5 cfm and connects via the supplied 1/4" BSP airline connector. Minimum working height is 150 mm; with the included 45 mm and 75 mm lift extensions fitted, maximum height reaches 343 mm in stage one and 409 mm in stage two. The saddle diameter is 70 mm and the chassis measures 430 × 176 × 150 mm. Nett weight is 30 kg. Manufactured, tested, and certified to the EN1494 standard, the Draper Expert 3724 is supplied as a single unit complete with both height extensions and the BSP airline connector.
