Heavy-duty lifting operations demand equipment that combines capacity with precise control, and the Draper Expert 2081 pneumatic jack delivers both in a portable, compact twin-stage design capable of lifting 50 tonnes in stage one and 25 tonnes in stage two. Air-powered operation ensures consistent, controlled lifts without physical effort, making it well suited to demanding workshop and industrial environments. Safety and ease of use are built into the handle assembly: the three-stage adjustable ergonomic handle is fitted with a 'Slow Down' valve to regulate descent and a 'Self-Return' switch, both of which contribute to safer, more predictable operation. Industrial quality seals are fitted throughout to prolong service life, and a safety overload valve provides an additional layer of protection against overload conditions. The jack rides on twin rubber-coated wheels measuring 165mm in diameter and 42.5mm in width, chosen to reduce noise, protect garage and workshop floors, and improve manoeuvrability around the vehicle. The 70mm diameter saddle provides a stable contact point during lifting. The unit operates on a supply of 9–12 BAR (130–174 psi) via a 1/4" BSP air inlet, with an air consumption of 11.5 cfm. Minimum height is 215mm; maximum height reaches 450mm in stage one and 564mm in stage two, both figures inclusive of the supplied 45mm and 75mm height lift extensions. The chassis measures 805 x 200 x 215mm and the handle extends to 1,380mm. Nett weight is 73 kg. Manufactured, tested, and certified to the EN1494 standard, the Draper Expert 2081 is supplied with 45mm and 75mm lift extensions and a 1/4" BSP airline connector.
