The Sealey SJBEX200A is a 2-tonne air jacking beam fully certified to comply with current MOT requirements, making it a reliable choice for MOT bays and service workshops. The beam is raised using compressed air at between 90 and 145psi, providing a lift range of 95 to 300mm. The load arm reach extends from 850mm to 1600mm, and the support arm reach spans 780 to 1075mm, giving wide coverage across different vehicle types and jacking points. A wide lift configuration meets the MOT recommendation for lifting on the jacking point. The spring-loaded flat arms with roller bearings are a key practical feature: when the beam is unloaded, they carry its weight and allow the entire unit to run smoothly along the pit or ramp; when a load is applied, they stabilise the unit firmly. A 2-stage mechanical safety lock and telescopic finger guards are incorporated to prevent accidental injury. The beam is supplied with two pairs of aluminium support blocks and optional hook arms. Please note this item is heavy extra assistance must be provided at the delivery point to ensure safe unloading.
