The Draper Expert Pneumatic High Lift Jack (SKU 2078) meets that requirement with a 30-tonne (30,000 kg) capacity, making it agriculturally focused and well suited to professional workshop and commercial vehicle environments. The ergonomic handle incorporates a 'Slow Down' valve and a 'Self-Return' switch, providing the operator with precise control during lifting and lowering cycles. Industrial quality seals extend the working life of the jack, while a safety overload valve protects against accidental overloading. Twin polypropylene and rubber-coated wheels with a 200 mm diameter and 55.5 mm width deliver quieter, smoother movement across workshop floors, reducing surface damage and improving manoeuvrability. The jack operates on compressed air at 9–12 BAR (130–174 psi) with an air consumption of 11.5 cfm and connects via the supplied 1/4" BSP airline connector. From a minimum height of 360 mm, the saddle rises through 267 mm of lift. The supplied 45 mm and 100 mm height extensions increase the maximum reach to 772 mm. The chassis measures 840 x 215 x 360 mm, and the handle length is 1,380 mm. Nett weight is 87 kg. Manufactured, tested, and certified to the current EN1494 standard, this jack is supplied as a complete unit including the pneumatic high lift jack and both height extensions.
