The SIP 05795 WELDMATE® PRO 200A AC/DC TIG/ARC Welder with Pulse (05795) provides both in a single professional inverter, delivering (TIG AC/DC): 5A - 200A (AC) / 5A - 200A (DC) from a 230V / 16A (not supplied) supply with a duty cycle of / 10min :200A @ 25% / 150A @ 60% / 120A @ 100% (TIG AC/DC). TIG Pulse is included for superior heat control on thin materials and aluminium. A foot pedal is supplied for hands-free current control during the weld.

A. Yes. The 05795 features AC TIG output specifically for aluminium welding, in addition to DC TIG for mild steel and stainless steel. TIG Pulse is also available for reduced heat input on thin aluminium sections. You will need appropriate tungsten electrodes and shielding gas for aluminium TIG work.
