Achieving a consistent, high-quality finish with conventional spray equipment often means excessive overspray and wasted material. The Draper 9708 Gravity Feed HVLP Air Spray Gun addresses this with a full metal aluminium body construction and an HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) delivery system designed to maximise paint transfer efficiency and minimise bounce-back during application. The gun accepts all paint types including water-based formulations, making it suitable for a broad range of workshop and Bodyshop finishing tasks. A variable fan pattern and fully adjustable flow control allow the operator to dial in the precise coverage and material feed required for the job at hand. The 1.0mm fluid nozzle delivers a fluid delivery rate of 70–110ml/min from the 100ml gravity-feed cup. Operating air pressure is 43psi (3 Bar) with an average air consumption of 8cfm (226 l/min). The air inlet is 1/4" BSP and the gun weighs 0.276kg. Spare nozzle, needle and cap sets are available separately. Supplied in a display carton complete with a cleaning brush and service spanner.
