Its lightweight composite body reduces operator fatigue during extended use, while HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) technology maximises paint transfer efficiency and minimises bounce-back, keeping overspray to a minimum. The gun accepts all paint types, including water-based formulations, making it suitable for a wide range of workshop and finishing applications. A variable fan pattern and fully adjustable flow control allow the operator to tailor the spray characteristics to the task in hand. The stainless steel needle and nose contribute to consistent fluid delivery across the rated range of 70–110ml/min through a 1.0mm fluid nozzle. Operating at 43psi (2 Bar) with an average air consumption of 8cfm (226 l/min), the gun connects via a standard 1/4" BSP air inlet. At 1.8kg, the composite body keeps the overall weight manageable without compromising durability. Spare nozzle, needle and cap sets are available separately for ongoing maintenance. Supplied as a complete ready-to-use kit: the gun is accompanied by a cleaning brush, service spanner, cup filter and connector.
