Q8 Oils Rubens WB/b in the 50kg keg is supplied for workshop bulk service. It is a multi-purpose grease with extreme-pressure properties, mineral-oil-based with roll stability and a long service life. The blue colour provides easy visual recognition in service.
The NLGI 2 consistency is the standard bearing-grade grease consistency, and the lithium-complex thickener gives improved high-temperature performance compared to standard lithium-soap greases.
Approvals and performance levels include DIN 51502; and NLGI 2.
For smaller workshops, Q8 Oils Rubens EP 2 BLUE is also available in a 12.5kg keg (PRD00003365).
As with all greases, follow the equipment manufacturer's regreasing schedule and avoid mixing with greases of incompatible thickener type — incompatible thickeners can cause softening, hardening or separation of the grease in service. Store greases sealed in the original packaging, at moderate temperatures and away from direct sunlight, to preserve consistency and additive performance.
Q8 Rubens is a ithium complex grease which is an outstanding multi-purpose grease with extreme pressure properties. The mineral oil-based grease has an excellent roll stability and a long service life. Its blue colour leads to an easy recognition in the application. Q8 Rubens WB/b has excellent anti-wear characteristics, outstanding rust-protection and smooth pumpability. It is temperature resistant up to 140°C.
