HyperDrive KX Universal Antifreeze Concentrate is a monoethylene glycol (MEG) based, nitrite/amine/phosphate (NAP) free engine coolant concentrate based on Inorganic Additive Technology (IAT) corrosion inhibitors. The product is suitable for year-round use in petrol and diesel engines, with the traditional blue dye for IAT coolant identification.
The product provides frost protection, corrosion protection of aluminium and cast-iron engine components, and resistance to scale formation when mixed with water at the recommended dilution ratio.
Approvals and performance levels include BS 6580:2010 (UK coolant specification).
HyperDrive KX Universal Antifreeze is also available in a 199-litre drum (PRD00000625) for workshop bulk supply.
Always follow the engine manufacturer's coolant change interval, top-up procedure and disposal requirements. Used coolant is classified as hazardous waste under UK regulations and should be disposed of via an authorised waste contractor — not poured to drain. Store coolant concentrate sealed in the original packaging, at moderate temperatures and away from direct sunlight.
