Fuchs Maintain Fricofin LD is a high-performance coolant and antifreeze concentrate designed to provide long-term protection against freezing, overheating, corrosion, cavitation and deposits in internal combustion engines and cooling systems. The product is based on mono-ethylene glycol (MEG) with an Organic Acid Technology (OAT) inhibitor package — positioned within the G12+ long-life coolant class.
The product is supplied as a concentrate and is mixed with water at the dilution ratio specified by the engine manufacturer.
Approvals and performance levels include Volvo VCS-2 (Volvo commercial vehicle coolant); MAN M324 SNF (commercial vehicle long-life coolant); Caterpillar EC-1 (Cat engine coolant); Deutz DQC CB-14 (Deutz engine coolant); VW TL 774 (Volkswagen coolant); John Deere JDM H5; and Ford WSS-M97B4 (verify against current label). Also tested to ASTM D3306; and ASTM D6210.
