A. The SW125-40 has the following specifications: A (diameter): 118 mm, K: 148 mm, H: 52 mm, d: 13.5 mm, t: 5 mm, and a maximum load rating of 2,250 kg.
A. At 40 Shore A, this is the softest grade in the SW125 geometry. Softer grades produce greater deflection under load and deliver better vibration isolation, particularly at lower frequencies. This makes the SW125-40 the preferred choice when isolation quality is more important than load restraint, such as with sensitive instruments, electronics, or lighter equipment.
A. The SW125-40 is designed for instruments, electronics, and light equipment requiring vibration isolation. It serves industries including construction and off-highway, agriculture, power generation, marine, railway and mass transit, automotive, and military and defence.
A. The SW125-40 may be loaded in shear, compression, or a combination of both, providing installation flexibility to suit different mounting configurations.
A. Yes. Stainless steel metalwork, oil-resistant rubber, and high-temperature rubber compounds are available on request, as are additional and custom sizes.
A. The SW125-60 provides a firmer 60 Shore A grade in the same 118 mm body for higher load restraint. Larger-diameter SW mounts are available as SW150, SW200, and SW300 for progressively higher load applications.
