Balancing isolation performance with structural support, the ECC1270-60-60 is a 60 Shore A medium-grade eccentric bush engineered for the broad middle ground of machinery mounting. With a 16 mm inner diameter (dimension A), outer dimensions of 47.6 mm (B) and 50.8 mm (C), a flange diameter of 63.5 mm (D) and a wall dimension of 7.1 mm (E), it is sized for lighter, compact or moderately loaded installations where both vibration damping and positional stability matter equally. This rubber-to-metal bonded bush features rubber bonded between inner and outer metal sleeves, delivering high durability under dynamic loads and a prolonged service life without the need for lubrication or scheduled maintenance. The 60 Shore A compound occupies the middle band of the hardness range: softer than a firm grade to permit meaningful vibration isolation, yet firm enough to maintain controlled deflection under load, exactly the balance required in general-purpose pivot bearings, mechanical linkages, and cab mounting applications. Technically, the ECC1270-60-60 offers a radial stiffness (F1) of 675 N/mm, an axial stiffness (F2) of 1,350 N/mm, a maximum radial deflection of 2 mm and a maximum load capacity of 215 kg. These figures make it well suited to agricultural equipment, power generation plant, marine installations, construction and off-highway machinery, and automotive and railway applications where a single bush must manage moderate dynamic inputs without over-constraining the assembly. The bush may be loaded in shear, compression or a combination of both.

Eccentric Bushes are manufactured from two metal sleeves which are eccentrically offset in the radial direction. This offset allows for a larger proportion of the rubber section to be orientated in the normal direction of load, allowing for relatively large radial deflections to be achieved, whilst maintaining excellent motional control characteristics.

Eccentric bushes are robust in design, fail-safe, and suitable for ROPS and FOPS cabs (subject to approval).
