Designed to hold firm under heavy loading, the 16mm eccentric bush ECC1270-75-75 is a rubber-to-metal bonded inner-outer-sleeve bush at 75 Shore A, the firmest grade in this geometry, rated to carry loads up to 245 kg with a maximum deflection of just 2 mm. Where movement must be controlled and the mount must resist rather than yield, this grade is the correct specification. The rubber compound is bonded between inner and outer metal sleeves to deliver high durability under dynamic and repeated loading. Because the construction is rubber-to-metal bonded throughout, no lubrication is required and the bush is entirely maintenance free, reducing servicing demands in demanding environments. The firm 75 Shore A compound is engineered to absorb shock and impact without permitting the structural displacement that softer grades allow, making it the appropriate choice wherever an assembly must be positively restrained whilst still isolating transmitted force. With a stiffness of 675 N/mm in the primary axis and 1350 N/mm in the secondary (F2) axis, ECC1270-75-75 is suited to pivot bearings, cab mounts, mechanical linkages, and engine mounts in high-load duty cycles, as well as applications in construction and off-highway machinery, military and defence, marine, and railway and mass transit equipment. The eccentric geometry permits angular adjustment on installation, extending fitment flexibility without compromising load rating. Eccentric Bushes are manufactured from two metal sleeves which are eccentrically offset in the radial direction. This offset allows for a larger proportion of the rubber section to be orientated in the normal direction of load, allowing for relatively large radial deflections to be achieved, whilst maintaining excellent motional control characteristics.

Eccentric bushes are robust in design, fail-safe, and suitable for ROPS and FOPS cabs (subject to approval).
