A. The FB66-75 is rated to a maximum load of 290 kg.
A. The FB66-75 has the following dimensions (Fig. 3 profile): A 90 mm, B 93 mm, C 46.5 mm, D 28 mm, E 20.5 mm, F 66.5 mm, G 18 mm, I 8.5 mm, and a PCD of 95 mm.
A. Harder grades such as 75 Shore A carry higher loads with less movement. Where positional stability, resistance to shock and impact, or firm restraint under heavy dynamic forces is required, the 75 Shore A grade is the correct selection. Softer grades (45 Shore A or 60 Shore A) give greater deflection and better vibration isolation at lower loads.
A. The bush may be loaded in shear, compression, or a combination of both, providing flexibility in mounting orientation within an assembly.
A. The FB66-75 is suited to construction and off-highway equipment, military and defence platforms, cab mounts, engine mounts, agricultural machinery, marine installations, railway and mass transit systems, and power generation plant — particularly where high load capacity and minimal deflection are required.
A. No. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction requires no lubrication and is maintenance free.
A. Yes. The FB66 series is available in 45 Shore A (FB66-45) and 60 Shore A (FB66-60). The wider flanged bush range includes FB00, FB02, FB10, FB20, FB21 and FB40 in various sizes and load ratings.
A. Yes. Stainless steel metalwork, oil-resistant rubber compounds, and high-temperature rubber compounds are available on request, as are additional and non-standard sizes.
