Rubber-bonded between inner and outer metal sleeves to Figure 3 geometry, this medium-grade bush carries moderate dynamic loads without the excessive deflection of softer variants, while still delivering meaningful isolation that softer and harder grades compromise in opposite directions. Construction follows the inner-outer-sleeve (IOS) principle: vulcanised rubber bonded to precision metal sleeves creates a maintenance-free, self-contained assembly that requires no lubrication throughout its service life. The rubber-to-metal bond delivers high durability under sustained dynamic loading, protecting surrounding structures and extending machinery service life. Mounts may be loaded in shear, compression, or a combination of both, giving engineers flexibility in installation orientation. With key dimensions of B: 93 mm, C: 46.5 mm, D: 28 mm, E: 20.5 mm, F: 66.5 mm, G: 18 mm, I: 8.5 mm and a PCD of 95 mm, the FB66-60 suits pivot bearings, mechanical linkages, cab mounts and engine mounts across construction and off-highway, agricultural, power-generation, marine, railway and mass-transit, and automotive applications.
