With a rated maximum load of 450 kg, the FB41-75 is a 100 mm flanged bush bonded at 75 Shore A, the firmest grade in the FB41 range. Engineered to hold machinery components securely under heavy dynamic loads with minimal deflection. Where shock, impact and structural restraint demand a bush that resists movement rather than absorbs it, the 75 Shore A compound delivers precisely that combination of high load capacity and controlled stiffness. Constructed with rubber bonded between inner and outer metal sleeves, this Figure 2 bush requires no lubrication and is entirely maintenance free, offering prolonged service life under sustained dynamic loading. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction is inherently durable, protecting surrounding structures and extending the operational lifespan of the machinery in which it is installed. Custom variants in stainless steel metals and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubbers are available on request. With key dimensions of A 100 mm, B 110 mm, C 49 mm, D 28 mm, E 22.5 mm, F 74 mm and G 19 mm, the FB41-75 is suited to cab mounts and engine mounts in off-road and construction plant, pivot bearings and mechanical linkages in heavy agricultural and power generation equipment, and demanding applications in railway, mass transit, marine and military environments where firm restraint under load is a primary requirement. The bush may be loaded in shear, compression or a combination of both.
