Where vibration isolation takes priority over load restraint, the IB1393-45 interleaf mount delivers the softest grade in the 76.2 mm M10 series, a 45 Shore A rubber-to-metal bonded mount rated to 230 kg maximum load with a generous 3.0 mm deflection under that load. At this hardness grade, the rubber yields more freely under dynamic forces, absorbing lower-frequency vibration and protecting sensitive instruments, electronics and light equipment from the kind of structural excitation that degrades performance or shortens service life. Constructed with rubber-to-metal bonded technology, the IB1393-45 provides a secure, integrated assembly that resists separation under the cyclic stresses of shear, compression or combined loading. The 76.2 mm diameter disc and 36.6 mm height, combined with a 25 mm thread length on the M10 fixing, keep the mount compact enough for installations where space is constrained. The softness of the 45 Shore A compound makes it the preferred choice when maximum deflection and the best possible isolation efficiency matter most, particularly in agriculture, marine, power generation and railway applications where sensitive sub-assemblies are subjected to persistent low-amplitude vibration. The geometry suits lighter or compact installations across construction and off-highway, automotive, military and defence, and mass transit sectors. Custom metals, including stainless steel.
