A 2.2kW (3hp) IE4 motor on 230v 16A drives precision-engineered twin parallel screws, delivering 9CFM (255ltr/min) Free Air Delivery at up to 116psi (8bar) into a 160ltr receiver. Direct drive transmission removes belt losses and reduces maintenance, while inverter-based control provides soft-start and slope-down functionality, distributing torque evenly on start-up and lowering load as the tank reaches pressure. This enables on-demand air production that varies to match consumption, reducing wear and energy use. A heavy-duty silenced cabinet limits noise to around 65dB(A), and a colour touchscreen display supplies real-time diagnostics on pressure, motor voltage, internal temperature and operating status.
