Q8 Oils Haydn 46 is a zinc-based anti-wear hydraulic oil for industrial hydraulic systems, low-charged gears, pumps, compressors and bearings. It is suitable for general industrial hydraulic applications where thermal stability, oxidation resistance and long service life are required.
The oil is formulated with zinc-based anti-wear additives delivering protection against component wear, advanced separation of water from the fluid, and rapid release of entrained air bubbles to maintain consistent hydraulic pressure under load.
Approvals and performance levels include DIN 51517-2 CL; DIN 51524-2 HLP; ISO 11158 HM; Denison HF-0, HF-1, HF-2; Eaton Brochure 03-401-2010; MAG IAS P-68, P-69, P-70; Swedish Standard SS 155434 AM; and Bosch Rexroth RE 90220 notes.
Q8 Oils Haydn is also available in larger pack sizes (208-litre, PRD00002985) for workshop bulk supply and continuous-fill industrial circulation systems.
Q8 Oils Haydn 46 is supplied at ISO Viscosity Grade 46. Sister grades in the same family — Q8 Oils Haydn 32 and Q8 Oils Haydn 68 — are available in our catalogue for systems requiring lower or higher viscosity selection by ambient temperature or pump manufacturer specification.
