Product Number: INL6
Impact wrenches, ratchets and other frequently used air tools need a steady supply of oil to keep working well. The GAV INL6 in-line lubricator, part of PCL's in-line air treatment range, connects on the tool or the hose itself, adding lubrication where it is needed on top of your existing air treatment.
It has 1/4 inch ports, a maximum inlet pressure of 12 bar and a flow rate of 2,700 l/min at 6 bar. The 10 ml cup sits in a transparent polycarbonate housing, so the oil level is easy to check, and it works from -10°C to 50°C.
PCL's advice is that a lubricator always goes at the final stage downstream, after any filtration, so fit it after a filter such as the INF6. Some tools, including digital tyre inflators and spray equipment, need little or no lubrication, so keep the INL6 for the tools that need it.
