Forecourt inflation equipment lives outdoors and earns its keep tyre by tyre, and this shelf keeps it in service by machine: 158 parts across the PCL digital estate, matched by the DS number or the machine name printed on the unit.
Hose assemblies lead the wear list, the 7.62 metre braided hose without connector and the 10 metre assembly with quarter inch male thread and Euro connector among them, because the hose takes the traffic, dragged to every wheel the machine serves. Behind the panel sit the electronics that fail next in line: the replacement LCD display with 30mm digit height, the spare buzzer assembly, the CR2450 button cell that keeps settings alive, the hand controller service kit, and the QUBE controller assemblies in standard and kPa forms with the five way 12 volt solenoid and UK mains lead beside them.
The paying side is served by machine too: the Munzprufer coin and token mechanism and the PCL tokens it takes, so a machine that has stopped accepting coins is a mechanism swap on site rather than a new unit. Decals renew the face by model and market, D10, D12 and D60 forms including bar psi units and French and Portuguese language variants for the Quantum estate, and the serial number label, printed with the original information, replaces like for like.
The refurbished digital unit and the GSE ZW500 compressor spares kit cover the deeper rebuilds, the Safeflow couplings and flexible elbow serve the connections, and the 900mm extension probe serves the measuring side. The machine name or DS number typed into search finds a unit's parts, and a photo over WhatsApp on 07754288583 names anything the weather has worn blank.
