The PCL ATL12 is a half-inch port air treatment lubricator from PCL's Air Treatment series, designed to deliver controlled lubrication into a compressed air system and help extend the working life of connected tools and equipment.
The ATL12 features an adjustable lubrication output, allowing the user to set oil delivery to suit the requirements of the system. The polycarbonate bowl gives a clear view of oil level at a glance, while a protective metal surround around the bowl provides a safety barrier against excessive pressures, temperatures, or aggressive chemicals.
Drawing from the catalogue data, the ATL12 is rated to 16 bar maximum working pressure and supports airflow up to 6,000 litres per minute, with an oil capacity of 70 ml. The half-inch port sizing makes it suitable for mid- to high-capacity compressed air circuits where larger fittings are specified. PCL's Air Treatment range also includes quarter-inch and half-inch FRL filter and regulator units, allowing a full treatment train to be assembled from matched components.
