Outdoors, in washdown bays or anywhere salt and moisture linger, an ordinary plated clip corrodes and seizes long before the hose it holds fails.
Worm drive clips seal by drawing the band evenly through a captive screw housing, and the HGS200BP adds the JCS details that make that reliable - a 170-200mm adjustment span, a cold-headed, work-hardened hex screw with rolled threads that will not round off, and fully rounded band edges. Recommended tightening torque for this size is 6.0 Nm (54 lb-in). Manufactured to exceed BS5315, Kitemarked and NATO approved.
The bulk box of 10 puts one corrosion-proof specification across the whole site - every component 18/8 (EN 1.4301) 304 stainless, salt mist tested, with Lloyd's Register Type Approval for marine, offshore and industrial service. JCS stainless clips are used across pumping, stormwater, wastewater treatment and irrigation plant.
Also available - the 150-180mm size (HGS180BP); the 190-220mm size (HGS220BP); a zinc plated version in the same size and pack (HGZ200BP).
Lloyd's Register Type Approval on a stocked bulk pack is rare at any price point.

A. It adjusts between 170-200mm. Measure the outside diameter of your hose when fitted over its pipe or fitting - if that measurement falls within 170-200mm, this clip fits. JCS clips offer a larger adjustment range per size than typical nut-and-bolt clamps.
A. For this size band JCS publishes a recommended torque of 6.0 Nm (54 lb-in). Work up to it gradually with the clip seated centrally on the barb; going past it risks damaging the hose rather than improving the seal.
