Carrying a maximum load of 750 kg with a controlled deflection of 17.0 mm, the FM600-60 is the largest flanged mount in the FM600 series, a 60 Shore A medium-hardness unit dimensioned at 100 mm (A) × 160 mm (D) × 200 mm (E), with an M16 fixing thread and four fixing holes. Where heavier plant demands both reliable structural support and meaningful vibration attenuation in the same mounting point, this grade delivers the broad middle ground: neither sacrificing load capacity for isolation nor stiffness for compliance. Construction follows rubber-to-metal bonded principles throughout, with the rubber element capable of accepting load in shear, compression, or a combination of both. The 60 Shore A compound represents the general-purpose position in the hardness range, harder grades carry higher loads with less movement, while softer grades trade some capacity for greater deflection and isolation sensitivity. At 750 kg maximum load and 17.0 mm deflection, this mount is suited to applications where significant machinery mass must be controlled without excessive movement under dynamic conditions. Custom configurations, including oil-resistant and high-temperature rubber compounds and stainless steel metalwork, are available on request. The FM600-60 serves industries including construction and off-highway, power generation, marine, agriculture, railway and mass transit, automotive, and military and defence. Flanged Mountings give high levels of deflection, providing excellent levels of vibration reduction and shock absorption both in vertical & horizontal planes. The Flange Mounts are a low cost & easy to install product. Stainless Steel metals and Oil Resistant / High Temperature rubbers are available on request.
