Compact and designed for lighter installations, the FM007-60 is a flanged anti-vibration mount with an M6 thread, 60 Shore A medium-grade rubber, and a 50 mm base diameter, suited to applications where a measured balance of vibration isolation and structural support is required without excess rigidity. With a maximum load rating of 9.0 kg and a controlled deflection of 3.0 mm, it occupies the middle ground in the FM007 range, absorbing vibration effectively whilst maintaining positional stability under load. Constructed using rubber-to-metal bonding, the mount integrates two fixing holes and key dimensions of A 18 mm, B 20 mm, D 50 mm, E 64 mm, F 2 mm, and G 7 mm. The 60 Shore A rubber compound delivers the characteristic balance of the medium grade: sufficient compliance for meaningful vibration attenuation, combined with enough stiffness to restrain lighter machinery and sensitive instruments under their operating loads. The mount may be loaded in shear, compression, or a combination of both. This mount serves the broad middle ground of light-equipment isolation, electronics, instruments, and compact power units across agriculture, marine, power generation, automotive, construction and off-highway, and railway applications. It helps to extend machinery lifespan, protect surrounding structures, and improve operator comfort. Stainless steel metalwork and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubber compounds are available on request for specialist environments. The FM007 series is also available in 40 Shore A (FM007-40) for softer isolation of particularly sensitive items, and 75 Shore A (FM007-75) for heavier or higher-shock duties.
