At 180 mm across (dimension A) with an M16 thread, this upper-range unit within the ESL25 series delivers the low natural frequency characteristics needed to protect surrounding structures, extend machinery service life, and improve operator comfort in demanding industrial environments. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction allows the mount to accept loading in shear, compression, or a combination of the two, giving installation engineers flexibility in how the unit is oriented and integrated into a machine base or skid. Enclosed spring geometry maintains controlled deflection within normal working conditions, targeting a maximum of approximately 20 mm deflection under load. For applications where higher deflection capacity is required, the ESL-HD enclosed heavy-duty variant accommodates up to 40 mm deflection. The ESL25/400 is well suited to power generation sets, agricultural equipment, construction and off-highway plant, marine installations, railway and mass transit systems, and automotive and defence machinery, wherever a substantial, stable mounting footprint and reliable vibration attenuation at moderate loads are called for. Enclosed Spring Mountings are a high-performance product, capable of achieving up to 99% vibration reduction. Enclosed Spring Mounts consist of steel coil springs mounted within a steel cup. The steel cup controls the lateral movement of the mounted equipment and also contains snubbing rubber to control start-up and shut-down movements. Ideal for industrial machinery. The mountings are supplied with a top fixing bolt to allow for leveling after installation and can be supplied with an oil-resistant anti-slip pad under the base.
