Engineered for demanding high-load and shock-duty installations, the ESL25/1000 Enclosed Spring Mount represents the upper-capacity end of the 25mm deflection family, rated to a maximum load of 1,000 kg with a 25 mm deflection. The 180 mm base diameter (dimension A) and M16 thread (dimension G) make this the largest-footprint unit in the ESL25 range, purpose-built where substantial machinery mass or significant dynamic forces must be absorbed without transferring vibration energy into surrounding structures. Rubber-to-metal bonded construction gives the ESL25/1000 its structural integrity across the full load envelope. The enclosed spring design delivers the low natural frequency and high deflection characteristics required for effective isolation of heavy reciprocating or rotating plant, while the rubber element may be loaded in shear, compression, or a combination of both to suit the installation geometry. The mount is suited to normal working conditions up to approximately 20 mm deflection; where greater deflection travel is needed, the ESL-HD enclosed variant extends this to 40 mm.
