Rated to 800 kg with a 25 mm deflection travel, the ESL25/800 enclosed spring mounting is the heaviest-duty member of the ESL25 series, engineered for plant and equipment operating under sustained high load or significant shock input where low natural frequency isolation is the priority. The 180 mm footprint and M16 thread (dimension G) provide the structural bearing area and fixing size demanded by heavy machinery installations, while the rubber-to-metal bonded construction combines the restoring force of the internal spring with the damping contribution of the rubber element. The enclosed housing protects the spring and rubber element from contamination in demanding site environments. Rubber-to-metal bonded construction ensures secure load transfer between the spring assembly and the mounting interfaces. The mount may be loaded in compression, shear, or a combination of both, a flexibility that suits complex machinery base arrangements. Overall dimensions are: A 180 mm, B 127 mm, C 130–150 mm, D 111 mm, E 95 mm, F 13.5 mm. Enclosed Spring Mountings are a high-performance product, capable of achieving up to 99% vibration reduction. Enclosed Spring Mounts consist of steel coil springs mounted within a steel cup. The steel cup controls the lateral movement of the mounted equipment and also contains snubbing rubber to control start-up and shut-down movements. Ideal for industrial machinery. The mountings are supplied with a top fixing bolt to allow for leveling after installation and can be supplied with an oil-resistant anti-slip pad under the base.
