The TB50 is a 49 mm outer diameter T-Bush rated to a radial load capacity of 200 kg, engineered as a rubber-to-metal bonded inner-outer-sleeve bush for demanding dynamic load applications. At this load rating it sits in the lower portion of the T-Bush range, making it well suited to applications where controlled deflection, at 1.6 kg per mm. Is as important as outright load bearing. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction delivers high durability under repeated dynamic loading and is designed for a prolonged service life with no lubrication and no routine maintenance required. The bush carries principal dimensions of 49 mm outer diameter (A), 35 mm length (B), 13 mm inner bore (C), 34 mm (D) and 13 mm (F), and may be loaded in shear, compression, or a combination of both. This dimensional and load profile makes it a practical choice for pivot bearings, mechanical linkages, and cab mounts across construction and off-highway equipment, as well as agricultural and power generation machinery where mounting flexibility and operator comfort are priorities. As part of the wider Inner-Outer-Sleeve bush family, the TB50 protects surrounding structures, improves machinery lifespan, and reduces vibration transmission to improve operator comfort. Softer rubber grades within the family provide greater deflection and better isolation under lighter loads, while harder grades carry higher loads with reduced movement, custom stainless steel metal components and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubber compounds are available on request for specialist environments. The T-Bush range extends across multiple sizes and load ratings.
