Compact yet firm, the 0808MM06-70 is an 8 x 8 mm male-male bobbin mount with M3 x 6 mm threaded studs and a 70 Shore A rubber element, engineered to hold smaller assemblies securely against shock and impact where positional control matters more than deflection. At this hardness grade the rubber carries a maximum load of 4.5 kg with a tightly controlled deflection of just 0.6 mm, the stiffest response in the 08 x 08 mm bobbin family. Making it the correct choice when a fitting must resist movement rather than absorb it with compliance. Rubber-to-metal bonded construction gives the mount its structural integrity across load directions: shear, compression, or a combination of both. The firm 70 Shore A compound is well suited to instrument panels, small diesel engines, and lightweight generator sets where the mounting point must restrain the supported item under vibration and repeated shock without allowing perceptible displacement. Industries including automotive, power generation, marine, and industrial machinery routinely specify this grade where load control and restraint are the primary design requirements. The male-male stud configuration allows direct thread engagement into tapped holes on both the equipment chassis and the supported component, simplifying installation in space-constrained assemblies.
