Product Number: HEX1385-60
The HEX1385-60 is the 60 Shore grade of the 33 x 22 mm hexagon bobbin mount, rated to 57 kg. It offers an economical way to reduce vibration and shock across general industrial duties.
The mount can be loaded in compression or shear or a combination of the two, and the hexagonal metals let the installer hold it with a spanner so the rubber is not twisted during fitting. This size carries hexagonal end metals so the mount can be held with a spanner during installation, avoiding twist in the rubber: M10 thread with a 25 mm stud, on a 33 mm diameter body 22 mm high. Maximum load is 57 kg at 1.5 mm deflection. Stainless steel metals and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubber compounds are available on request.
Alternative grades on this body: HEX1385-45 (29 kg). The footprint and fixings are identical across the family, so grades interchange without rework. Confirm the thread against your fixing before ordering - the body is also produced with alternative threads.
