Product Number: HEX200-60
The HEX200-60 is a 32 x 23 mm hexagon bobbin mount in 60 Shore rubber, rated to 36 kg. It is a low-cost route to cutting vibration and shock on general-purpose industrial equipment.
The mount can be loaded in compression or shear or a combination of the two, and the hexagonal metals let the installer hold it with a spanner so the rubber is not twisted during fitting. This size carries hexagonal end metals so the mount can be held with a spanner during installation, avoiding twist in the rubber: M8 thread with a 18 mm stud, on a 32 mm diameter body 23 mm high. Maximum load is 36 kg at 1.5 mm deflection. Stainless steel metals and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubber compounds are available on request.
