Instruments, electronic enclosures and other light equipment often need to be mounted to a vertical face or bracket while still being isolated from vibration. This Angle Mounting provides an L-shaped bonded-rubber fixing for exactly that, with a 90 mm by 20 mm body, a 40 mm depth and M8 fixing, rated in 40 Shore A to a light maximum load of 12 kg per mounting. The soft grade deflects readily, giving good isolation of low-level vibration and structure-borne noise for sensitive, lightly loaded items. The bonded rubber locates the equipment while damping movement, and the angle format suits panel, bracket and instrument mounting where a flat bobbin will not fit. It is best suited to light instrument and electronics duties rather than load-bearing machinery support. Across the range, load ratings span a wide spread depending on body size and grade, so a suitable mount can be matched to most light or heavy duties. The mount is supplied ready to fit, and alternative sizes in the same family can be specified where the load or envelope differs. Stainless steel metalwork and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubbers, plus additional and custom sizes, are available on request.
