Carrying loads up to 70 kg in the 60° Shore hardness configuration, the HNG-upper is the largest mount in the suspended mount range, engineered for rubber-to-metal bonded vibration isolation where higher load demands and controlled deflection are the priority. With a body diameter of 96 mm, a height of 33 mm, and an M8 thread, it occupies the upper load band of this family and is sized accordingly for plant, power generation equipment, and heavier industrial assemblies requiring reliable isolation from transmitted vibration. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction allows the mount to be loaded in shear, compression, or a combination of both, offering flexibility in mounting orientation to suit varied installation geometries. The 60° Shore hardness grade carries the highest loads in this range, up to 25 kg at the lower 60° figure and up to 70 kg at the upper. While the softer 40° Shore option offers a maximum axial load of 14 kg and a lateral load of 30 kg, providing greater deflection and improved isolation where load permits. Custom configurations including stainless steel metalwork and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubbers are available on request. This mount serves industries including construction and off-highway, agriculture, power generation, marine, and railway and mass transit, as well as automotive, military and defence applications.
