At 96mm across dimension A, HNG-lower is the smallest suspended mount in this range, purpose-built for instruments, electronics, and light equipment where effective vibration isolation at low load is the primary requirement. Rubber-to-metal bonded construction provides a secure, durable union between the metal elements and the isolating rubber element, resisting the loosening and fatigue that unbound assemblies can suffer under continuous cyclic loading. The mount is supplied in two hardness grades to match the load and isolation demand of the application. The 40° Shore A grade handles a maximum mass load (M-Max) of 14 kg and a maximum shear force (F-Max) of 30 kg, making it well suited to sensitive instruments and lightweight electronic assemblies where maximum deflection and the best possible isolation efficiency are the priority. The 60° Shore A grade carries 25 kg and 70 kg respectively in its two rated configurations, offering a firmer platform where the equipment is heavier or where some restraint of movement is required alongside isolation. Mounts of this type may be loaded in shear, compression, or a combination of both. The family serves a broad spread of industries including marine, railway and mass transit, agriculture, power generation, construction and off-highway, automotive, and military and defence applications, anywhere that protecting sensitive items from vibration damage, extending machinery service life, or improving operator comfort is a design requirement.
