  • Q 1. What is the delivery time?

    A. Standard UK Mainland delivery is 3–5 working days.

  • Q 2. Are delivery charges included in the product price?

    A. No, delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Q 3. What is the warranty period for this product?

    A. This product is covered under a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Q 4. What is your return policy?

    A. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns are available only for UK-delivered orders and must include proof of purchase.

Before returning an item, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). You may also be asked to share images of the product and its packaging for verification.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. A restocking fee of up to 15% of the order value may apply to each returned item.

  • Q 1. What measurements do I need to match before ordering?

    A. Measure your current bush and match: inner sleeve ID (bolt/pin), outer sleeve OD (bore/housing), rubber body length, and overall length.

  • Q 2. How do I know if I need a softer or harder Shore A rubber?

    A. Softer Shore A suits applications prioritising comfort and vibration damping. Harder Shore A suits applications needing stability and reduced movement. If the OEM hardness is known, use the same rating.

  • Q 3. What are the most common failure causes?

    A. Most failures are caused by incorrect bore or bolt sizing, over-tightening (which can crush the sleeve), poor alignment, excessive movement beyond the design range, or oil/chemical contamination.

  • Q 4. Do I need lubricant when installing a bush?

    A. Yes. Lubricant helps the bush slide into place smoothly and prevents rubber damage. Use only rubber-safe lubricants.

  • Q 5. Can I replace a spherical/ball-joint style solution with IOS?

    A. Only if your joint motion is mostly torsional/radial/axial within IOS capability; conical/angular misalignment usually points to spherical bush type.

  • Q 6. Can I install an IOS bush without a hydraulic press?

    A. A press is recommended for most sizes. Hammering or forcing it in can damage the rubber bond and deform the sleeves, leading to poor fitment or early failure.

  • Q 7. Can an IOS bush be used in place of a bearing for rotation?

    A. No. They accommodate limited angular movement by rubber torsion/deflection and are not designed for free, continuous rotation like bearings.

  • Q 8. What symptoms indicate a bush is starting to fail?

    A. Look out for extra movement in the joint, noises like knocking/clunking, cracks or splits in the rubber, sleeves shifting out of position, or unusual wear marks.
