A worn or inaccurate tyre inflator costs time on every vehicle. The PCL DAC4061 is the ACCURA® MK4 Digital Tyre Inflator in the 9 ft (2.7 m) hose, single clip-on connector configuration — the Tyreshop Model — built for high-throughput indoor and outdoor tyre inflation and deflation across cars, vans and trucks. The ACCURA® MK4 uniquely combines the robustness of the AIRFORCE® MK4 analogue inflator with the lightness, accuracy and ease of use of a digital instrument. The aluminium body carries a protective rubber bumper for long service life, while the slimline biomorphic form reduces operator fatigue during extended use. PCL state it is the lightest metal-bodied digital inflator on the market. A large, permanently backlit LCD with auto-off after 25 seconds of non-use ensures clear pressure readings in dark workshops or at night, with selectable units making it the most versatile digital handheld product PCL have ever manufactured. The DAC4061 operates across a calibrated range of 4–250 psi / 0.3–17.2 bar / 30–1,723 kPa, covering passenger cars through to trucks. Maximum inlet pressure is 260 psi / 18.0 bar / 1,795 kPa, flow rate is 500 l/min at 13 bar supply, and display resolution is 0.1 psi / 0.01 bar / 1 kPa. Accuracy is certified to BS EN 12645-2014. The IP54 rating confirms suitability for both indoor and outdoor environments, with an operating temperature range of −15 °C to 55 °C.
