The PCL DAC1A06 is the ACCURA 1 digital tyre inflator, calibrated 0–174 psi, fitted with a 2.7 m (9 ft) hose and twin clip-on connector, and manufactured in Sheffield, UK, since 1938 as part of HORNGROUP. The ACCURA 1 combines leading electronics and ceramic sensor technology with proprietary software algorithms designed to increase accuracy, enable fine metering and eliminate false readings. A direct valve mechanism delivers rapid inflation and deflation, while an over-pressure warning alerts the operator if pressure exceeds 12 bar / 174 psi / 1200 kPa. The biomorphic handle supports comfortable, extended use, and the unit's modern, lightweight and shock-resistant construction is built for the demands of a busy workshop environment. The digital display offers a resolution of 0.2 psi and the unit meets BS EN 12645:2014 accuracy requirements. Maximum inlet pressure is 232 psi, and flow rate is 500 l/min at 13 bar supply. The Rp 1/4 inlet/outlet connection suits standard compressed-air installations, and the operating temperature range is –20 °C to 60 °C. German approval PTB 8.08/06.04 is held. Each unit is individually tested and certified before dispatch. Long battery life is supported by a low-battery warning light.
