The Sealey IR3000 Short Wave Infrared Panel Dryer addresses all of these with a professional-grade system built around three 1050W short wave infrared elements delivering a combined 3150W of power, optimised for drying water-based paints across an optimal baking area of 1m x 0.8m at an operating temperature of 60-70°C. A built-in distance sensor shows the optimal distance from the workpiece at all times, removing the guesswork that leads to poor results. The manoeuvrable lamp heads can each be individually adjusted and locked in position to follow the contours of the vehicle, ensuring maximum coverage of awkward panels. Height adjustment is handled by a locking gas strut that provides near-weightless movement of the support arm, so repositioning is quick and effortless. A memory function stores up to four frequently used settings so operators can recall preferred programmes instantly, and the in-built timer with a 0-35 minute range automatically switches the lamps off at the end of the cycle. Digital ergonomic push-button controls make operation straightforward, and four swivel castors two with brakes keep the unit stable and easy to move around the workshop. Supply: 230V ~ 50Hz, 16A.
