An impact wrench kit with its own air supply: the PCL CM2550D 50 litre compressor, APP210S wrench and sockets.
The APP210S PRESTIGE 1/2 inch impact wrench has a twin hammer mechanism delivering 1,400 Nm of torque at a free speed of 7,000 rpm, forward and reverse, a three-stage speed adjustment and a soft grip handle that protects against the chill of compressed air. It needs 6.5 cfm and a minimum 10 mm (3/8 inch) hose, and the CM2550D supplies 8.2 cfm (232 l/min) at up to 8 bar from its 2.5 HP motor.
Air runs through a 10 m HA2044 hose with a 10 mm bore: an ACA2593 plugs it into the compressor's Airflow outlet and an AC21CM coupling sits on the far end. Between the coupling and the tool goes an HA2149 anti whip hose. HSE guidance HS(G) 39 says a plug should not be screwed directly into the tool's inlet but fitted onto a short isolation hose, to stop vibration loosening the coupling.
The APA10 18 piece set has 17 impact sockets from 10 mm to 32 mm and a 1/2 inch extension bar in a carry case with labelled moulds.
