An impact wrench kit ready to plug into your airline: the PCL APP210S 1/2 inch wrench, 18 piece sockets and a whip hose.
The APP210S PRESTIGE impact wrench has a durable composite casing, forward and reverse modes and a three-stage speed adjustment. Its twin hammer mechanism gives more power and smooth, balanced blows, and the motor delivers 1,400 Nm of torque at a free speed of 7,000 rpm at a 90 psi working pressure. A non-slip soft grip handle protects the hand from the cold of compressed air, and noise and vibration are kept low.
The APA10 set gives 17 standard depth impact sockets from 10 mm to 32 mm plus a 1/2 inch extension bar, in a carry case with individually labelled moulds. The HA2149 anti whip hose is 0.6 m of 10 mm bore hose with an R 1/4 male end for the wrench and a PCL Standard Adaptor on the other end, so it plugs straight into an Airflow or Vertex coupling.
The whip hose matters: HSE guidance HS(G) 39 says the plug should be fitted onto a short isolation hose rather than screwed directly into the tool, so vibration does not loosen the coupling. The wrench needs 6.5 cfm and a minimum 3/8 inch hose.
