The Sealey SA354 Air Belt Sander uses a 20 x 520mm belt and runs at 16,000rpm free speed to tackle sanding in otherwise inaccessible areas, with the extra belt width also making it well suited to post-weld finishing work. The articulated sanding arm is spring-loaded for quick and easy belt changes, while built-in belt tracking control keeps the belt running true during use. A heavy-duty nose roller ensures consistent contact across the workpiece, and one-handed trigger operation lets you position the workpiece or guide the tool with your free hand. The handle exhaust design helps to reduce noise levels, though noise power is rated at 101dB(A) and noise pressure at 90dB(A), so appropriate hearing protection should be worn. The tool operates at 90psi with an air consumption of 15cfm and connects via a 1/4" BSP inlet. Vibration is rated at 4.64m/s² with an uncertainty value of 2.32m/s². Replacement 20 x 520mm sanding belts are readily available.
