Its lightweight aluminium housing keeps the tool manageable during prolonged use, while the ergonomic soft grip handle reduces fatigue and maintains operator confidence throughout extended sanding sessions.Speed and airflow management are addressed through a lever throttle that provides positive control over working pace, and a rear exhaust directs spent air away from the workpiece and operator. Connection to a workshop airline is via a 1/4" BSP fitting, with a minimum recommended hose bore of 3/8" (10mm). At the rated operating pressure of 90 psi (6.2 bar), the sander reaches a free speed of 18,000 rpm with an average air consumption of 6 cfm (170 L/min). The 10mm-wide, 330mm-long sanding belt delivers a focused abrasive contact suited to detail finishing and tight profiles. Three belts are included at 60, 80, and 120 grit, giving the operator a progression from material removal through to refined surface preparation without additional purchases.
