Sanding in awkward or intricate areas requires a compact, controllable tool that does not sacrifice performance. The Sealey GSA70 Air Orbital Sander uses a 50mm pad with a 3mm orbit size, making it well suited to detail sanding, finishing, and preparation work where a larger sander would be impractical. The lightweight aluminium alloy housing is encased in a composite moulding that reduces the chilling effect on the operator's hands during prolonged use and provides added control. An air motor with quality bearings delivers smooth, powerful operation at 15000rpm free speed, running on a 90psi air supply at 4cfm via a 1/4" BSP inlet. A safety release trigger prevents accidental operation, and the 360°-adjustable exhaust outlet keeps airflow directed away from the operator. The tool is supplied with a 50mm pad and installation spanner. The pad thread size is M6 x 1mm.
